[Bug 4426] Emperor patch fails while preparing InstallShield

On my system the heroes patch never gives me the "installation support file"-error when using a wine version between 0.9.21 and 0.9.27. This is why I thought that this bug was fixed in those versions but the other bug kept the patch from detecting that the game is installed. But you might be right, it might be the other way round.
