I filed bug 4968 so that there apparently is not package for that. Right now I'm compiling Wine 0.9.11 for the sake.. As of Your previous request (the +snoop log), I'm afraid I can't help much. However, in wine 0.9.11, all kinds of registration errors come out, and the result is that the browser, plugins, and other ie parts don't get registered in the registry (files are copied however).
