No, it has been fixed the same day I reported it ;) I talked with the patch
author on IRC and it was just a typo that has been fixed immediately.

Though it does so in D3D9 mode. 99% of output is occuppied by lines similar to

I can confirm the crash. Could be a reference counting issue, although I was
sure that refcounting worked ok for the 2D interfaces. The direct3d stuff
needs some tests though.

Env: Mandriva Linux 2006 Powerpack + Wine Rpms for Mandrake grabbed by
Sourceforge download page (currently using wine-0.9.9-mdk)
Starting from Wine 0.9.10 and newer releases, running Lotus Notes (6.5.1 / 6.5.3),
opening the workplace the little icon included at top left corner of each DB
icon on my workplace is completely black. Randomly I get black icons even in the
tools bar.
Every previous Wine release up to wine-0.9.9-mdk (included) is not affected by
this bug.
