Thanks for looking into this.
I also copied one from an XP Home SP2 partition, and the same thing was wrong.
I also downloaded the version from microsoft.com, and received the same problem.
Can you forward me the exact procedure you used and the .dll file?

OK, I've upgraded to 7.0.
Can't see the splash screen (only the text above) and the items from the
right-click-menu don't do anything. But it don't cruch, it works right good,
except that one (and important) problem.
Ubuntu Dapper (6.06), Wine 0.9.19

Confirming. Justin, try a newer version of native comctl32 to work around this
bug for now. I copied one from my XP partition, and the time entries work just
fine.

Summary: Problem with resizable windows
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.19.
Platform: PC
URL: http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?appId=2029
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: test
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: MagicMan07(a)bluebottle.com
The following was reported by beta(a)pokerstars.com as to why the new resizable
windows feature of PokerStars doesn't work with WINE:
"Apparently, the problem is that WINE doesn't send to the application the
following messages:
WM_ENTERSIZEMOVE
WM_EXITSIZEMOVE
WM_GETMINMAXINFO"
Here is the workaround that was suggested:
"While officially WINE is not supported, there exists a setting in Stars'
USER.INI that might help WINE users:
====================================
[options]
f5redrawtable=1
====================================
Try to add it to USER.INI and press F5 after resizing (won't work properly if
window resized beyond min/max size, but otherwise works Ok)."
Confirmed it works with WINE 0.9.19 using Slackware 10.2(stable). Hopefully this
information will be of use to get program windows to resize correctly.

Try using native dinput.dll
Also please check if there is a demo for this game and if it has the same problem.

Summary: input problem?
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.19.
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-directx
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: pgw12(a)rcn.com
Distribution: Mandriva 2006.0 for i586
Notice something change between wine version 0.9.16 and 0.9.17 with how the
mouse input is handled for the game Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menance.
In wine version 0.9.17, the character controlled by the mouse and keyboard spins
in a counter clockwise rotation and is uncontrollable. In wine version 0.9.16,
this issue did not occur and the character controlled by the mouse and keyboard
moved as expected. I attempted looking at a source diff between the two
versions but could not locate this issue.
BTW, I confirmed the issue is still in wine version 0.9.19 (latest version at
this time).
Also, I'm guessing this has something to do with directx. If you need any
additional information then let me know.
