Ok, if you like it so I'll do you this favor. Do you wan't to test it
for me? Writing bug reports is a pain, and you don't get fame. But
please don't declare Wine as beta and invite people to test it.
Before I write a bug report I look if it's already in the bug database.
So it can't be that all are duplicates. Neither is one by purpose.
Maybe my bugs are specific to Suse 10.0 on the x86-64 plattform, even if
I downloaded it from http://www.winehq.org/site/download directly. So I
used the official build. If x86-64 is problematic, so *disrecommend* it
for testing!
Before I started writing bug reports I wrote the in the users list to
see the reactions. They were:

I can confirm this. When trying to play Total Annihilation in multiplayer, this
message gets printed to terminal:

Make sure you remove ~/.wine directory each time you try new install.
Also check that Wine is not running.

My OS is Suse Linux 10.0 x86_64. No extra dlls in Wine.
I just downloaded the latest english version. Same problems.
The app is not installed in the "Program Files" folder.

I installed Skype yesterday without a glitch. (The newest veersion) Did you
check that it it's really not installed? Maybe your crash comes from the app
itself trying to start.

Most of the time pops a window with a message "Unhandled page fault on read
access to 0x00000000 at address 0x41396b" "Do you widh to debug it?"
If you ignore the window you can come far. However, installation doesn't finish.
