For me, I can get it to work with the following: I join battle.net, I quit battle.net. Now StarCraft hangs, e.g. pressing escape doesn't get me back. I move the mouse, the swooshing of controls are audible, screen is still black. Escape still doesn't work. I click somewhere on the screen. The OK and Cancel buttons appear, moving the mouse reveals the rest of the screen, Escape works now. But WINWORD complains that it has not enough memory to open any document. I guess it got reported only 43MB of pure free memory and that is really not much. Or maybe I'm wrong with my guess?
