The bug also affects Picasa and here's a way to reproduce it: (to quote Tommy Kho) When a photo is exported via File > Export Picture to Folder into a non-existant directory, Picasa does the right thing and opens up Wine File. When exporting into an existing directory, Picasa tries to open Wine File but it fails.
