Same here for SuSE 10.2 and wine 0.9.47
No output to the console when clicking on 'Next'

[follow up]
fwiw, the '-opengl" work around still works; and seems to run faster
on my machine in 0.9.47 then 0.9.46, making this a much more viable work
around.
The mouse pointer even converts correctly. Go wine devs!

0.9.45 is fine, but also doesn't display any text. Btw, game version is 1.00.

I can confirm this on Ubuntu 7.04 x86, Nvidia proprietary drivers 100.11.14 and
wine 0.9.46. The shipped version, 0.9.41, doesn't crash and does go in game,
albeit without shadows (I guess 0.9.46 would do the same though), but it
doesn't display text.
Also unplayable.

ALT-ENTER works only in outdoor. Pressing ALT-ENTER in indoor - all is black
and game exit.
This bug still exists with the wine 0.9.47

I just found out that setting *lpServicesReturned to 0 is enough to work around
the crash as well, and that seems like a reasonable fix for now (no need to
"return True"). I'll send a patch to wine-patches.
