If this is fixed, please close this bug and open a new one for the crash in the loading screen. If it is the dsound issue that this bug report is about, then it is a dupe of bug #1631. The second log, produced by the game, implies that DInput failed, with respect to the joypad. It seems that this is what caused the game to stall or fail, if that is what this bug report is about. Please clarify which it is so people have an idea of what they may need to work on if they wish for this game to work. It can happen at any time within say 20 minutes.
