[Bug 7984] Doyles poker client doesn't show several buttons

Wine currently has only one version of the static control. This application uses static controls that have the SS_BITMAP style, but it doesn't set the bitmap. The "old" static control does nothing in this case, and the buttons are visible. The static control of the common controls, version 6 and Wine's static control paint the background. I installed the GoogleSketchup. The cursor is working now, but the toolbar icons is all black (except when you move mouse over it).
