The commit caused the bug:
commit 539d5863e6fae78943fe59a60b151433126a9481
Author: Alexandre Julliard <julliard(a)winehq.org>

ntdll: Reimplement NtReadFile.
Always try a read() before queuing an async I/O.
Handle timeout waits for synchronous I/O entirely on the client side.
Queue the final APC as a proper user APC.

I've looked, but I haven't found a document defining who
is allowed to change the FS register. (Presumably it's
part of the i686 linux ABI.)
This is something that needs to be raised at every
Linux conference until it is resolved. Wine can't
resolve this on its own.

Summary: AppDB votes on different app versions
Product: WineHQ Apps Database
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: website-bugs
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: kelfe(a)gmx.de
The votes on the AppDB are only limited to a single version which is good for
apps like word and photoshop as the old versions stay in use even if a new
version is available.
This fails with apps like online games as you always need the highest version to
be able to play.
It causes votes to get stuck on older versions.
(http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iAppId=2249 has the old 2.14.x version with
many votes and 3.13.x with nearly no votes, this is causing a double entry on
the appdb start page silver list)
A possible solution would be to allow the app super maintainers to move the
votes from a version to an other version.
