Runaway start up - WINEDEBUG=+ddraw,+d3d7,+tid ~/wine-git/wine Runaway.exe

I assume that the thread ID is the first number on each line, and if
that it correct, every ddraw/d3d call comes from thread number 9.

Summary: Oziexplorer Save Image Problem
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.38.
Platform: PC
URL: http://oziexplorer.com
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P4
Component: wine-misc
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: herb_howe(a)alum.mit.edu
In Oziexplorer, the image file created by File=>Save Map to Image File has dark
bands across the resulting map image.
This reduces the usefulness of Oziexplorer since map image work cannot be saved.
Wine version 0.9.38
Oziexplorer version 9.95.4q

As you suggested I changed to:
--
Option "UseFastTLS" "2"
--
from:
--
Option "UseFastTLS" "0"
--
But no change :-( Wine-git crashes at the same address.
I use the fglrx driver (8.34.8 on linux 2.6.20) that
comes with kubuntu 7.04.

Exactly as above with wine-0.9.33
furthermore the notes and tabs "highlights" before they should be actually played.

I was looking at bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5213
It crashes for me too, but in a different way, and i used a newer version
(version 8) so i decided to file a new bug
Just before the crash there's
0009:Call KERNEL32.MultiByteToWideChar(00000000,00000000,006d2ec8 "Sub
Table1_KeyDown(ByVal keycode)\r\r\tIf keycode = Plung

Then\r\t\tLeftFlipper.RotateToEnd\r\t\tPlaySound
\"FlipperUp\"\r\tEnd If\r \r\tIf keycode = RightFlipperKey
Then\r\t\tRightFlipper.RotateToEnd\r\r\t\tPlaySound \"Fli"...
,ffffffff,006d32f8,00000420) ret=00409b54
0009:Ret KERNEL32.MultiByteToWideChar() retval=00000000 ret=00409b54
Maybe the string is too long, and wine can't handle this?

You mentioned in your other bug that you are using an ati card. The binary
driver has a known bug which overwrites some cpu registers which it shouldn't
change. As a workaround you can add the following line to the driver's section
in xorg.conf:
Option "UseFastTLS" "2"
Can you try that? If you are using the (reverse engineered) open source
driver, try the binary fglrx driver.
