I have the same problem.
WoW worked perfectly (thanks guys!) then I upgraded my Fedora Core 6. It was a
big upgrade, including new nVidia drivers, new kernel, and new Wine.
WoW still works, but hang on quit. I have to do CTRL-C in the console to close it.
System : Fedora Core 6 (with 2007/03/14 update)
Kernel : 2.6.19-1.2911.6.5.fc6 x86_64
nVidia : 1.0-9755pkg2
Wine : 0.9.32
------- Additional Comments From freidrichen(a)slaskpost.se 2007-31-07 14:14 -------
I experienced this recently, before a wine upgrade.
I think the old version where this bug existed was 0.9.36 and the version where
the bug seems to be fixed is 0.9.42.
(It should be mentioned that I also upgraded a bunch of other stuff, but I don't
think it was anything relevant.)
So to anyone having this problem I can recommend trying to upgrade wine.
Cheers Freidrichen

the offline patches are from here:
http://global.goonzu.com/center/news/update.asp?menu=12&board_seq=102
Yes it is reproduceable. It happens every time I start GoonZu.
Maybe it's releated to the "Requesting authentication from front server"
(should I enter a new bug for this?) problem I get when I run the GoonZu
without the patcher. That's why I put Severity to Major.
BTW:
To run GoonZu with patcher you have to use the GoonZuRun.exe
To run the GoonZu without it you have to run Goonzu.exe
If you get the helmet.txt error you have to run GoonZu from the installpath.

where do you get the offline patches? Is the crash repeatable? I've seen several
applications that only crash the first time when it asks you to install the
mozilla component.
