Setting a resolution because it somehow was not set correctly in the database.

The fact that game minimizes when it's lost focus is the correct behavior. The
crash of course is not.

The function ChoosePixelFormat works very differently due to recent rewrites,
so this bug can't be happening in this form anymore. If some problem still
exists open a new bug.

Finally, wine 0.9.43 fixes this bug.

Looks like the new code is missing Win16 support. In the old code
GetWindowLongPtrA was used. It returned a winproc handle for 16-bit winprocs
and CallWindowProc handled it. The new code calls the winproc directly and
assumes that either a 32-bit ANSI or 32-bit Unicode winproc exists.

Haven't tried the demo yet, but now running SE4 Deluxe v1.95 under Wine 0.9.43,
when I try to minimize or alt-tab the game simply keeps the focus and doesn't
allow me to minimize or alt-tab. I guess it's an improvement, in that it
doesn't render it unplayable... or maybe I just forgot how to set managed
window mode and I'm using a different mode by mistake...

The bug is still there. TVPaint 8.5 simply uses a different drawing code,
that's why it works.
