It's because the downloaded executable only unpacks a second stage installer into windows\temp. The second stage installer unpacks some more files and when it arrives at 99% it broadcasts about 600 "LOGO_MSG_LOGOSTATUS_30" messages. But the first stage installer is still active with a hidden window and it's message loop contains PeekMessage interleaved with WaitForSingleObject on the second process with a 100ms timeout. That gives the 60s delay. I don't know yet how it works under Windows and what Wine is doing incorrectly.
