Cannot confirm or disconfirm, as Mankind (new client) encounters a page fault
when run under Wine 0.9.53. It doesnt currently reach the point where it tries
to download and install updates.

Also tested networking again with Wine 0.9.53 today, but cant post any results
here, because:
I forgot that I still had installed the "old" Mankind client for testing. That
client was used to play "the old universe".
That client does open a socket, but the connection sate stays in "SYN SENT".
Reason: The "old universe" has been shut down some time ago, so the client can
no longer connect to these servers. The ip seems to be still valid, but the
server seems to drop all packets that the old client software sents (port
1998).
The "new" client software produces a page fault when I try to launch it, so I
could not continue testing.
Because both pieces of software seem to be mostly identical (although there are
minor changes), I'd like to keep this bug for networking issues with 'Mankind
client software, any version'.

Summary: Missing Richedit Style Change Event

Platform: PC

Status: UNCONFIRMED

Priority: P5
Component: richedit

Console output
When using Virtual Timeclock Pro (VTP), click Connect. Servers on the network
will be listed. When server is displayed or clicked, the WM_STYLECHANGING and
WM_STYLECHANGED events are fired. These are not implemented, and so the
'Connect' button will not enable.
It does not work with Windows XP as the Windows version.
If you switch to Windows 98 for the Windows version, it works.

Today I tried Wine 0.9.53 and found out that Mankind now does display its news
page.
Some fixme's remain, but the launcher/news viewer seems to be working - at
least in this version of Wine.
Looking forward to try the next one ;)
