Is this still an issue in current (1.1.7 or newer) wine?

Is this a duplicate of Bug 13355, or vice-versa?
The other bug provides a text file for use as a test case, which would answer
the question of what size file it takes to cause it to take a long time.
Here are the contributing factors that I identified on that bug to cause files
to take longer to open:
1. Larger file sizes.
2. Larger font sizes.
3. Larger line lengths.
4. Smaller window width.

In any Steam Source game (i.e. Counter-Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source,
Team Fortress 2), when I make chanages to Video options (resolution, model
detail, anything video related) everything works fine. After closing the game
and loading it back up again however, everything is reverted back to default.

Corel Draw is a different probram. I only have WordPerfect Office, so I don't

Yes, please. (Hmm, does that mean Corel Draw 12 installs now?)

Strictly speaking, this bug should be closed because X3 will now install.
However, it doesn't install very well. Should I open a new bug?

Summary: Flanker 2.0 Demo - mouse pointer does not respond to
input correctly
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.52.
Platform: PC
URL: www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/su27flanker20/flanker20d
emo.exe.html
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P3
Component: wine-directx-dinput
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: remailer(a)gmail.com
When running Flanker 2.0 Demo on Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy, wine-0.9.52:
www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/su27flanker20/flanker20demo.exe.html
The mouse pointer does not behave normally on the menu, it appears to be
severely under responsive and if you move the mouse too fast it does not appear
to move at all.
Moving the mouse slowly will make the mouse pointer creep in slightly in the
direction you move, but only after trying (my patience ;) very hard.
Also tested with a dll override dinput.dll (Windows 2003), which makes the
pointer usable but over responsive. It does go where you ask it but you have
to fight with it to make sure it doesn't go too far.
I've attached the output from WINEDEBUG=dinput wine FlankerDemo.exe

Screenshot of the Baubbleshire with broken version
I have not checked any other 3d application yet, but the upgrade from 0.9.51 to
0.9.52 royally messed up 3d visual experience. The world is mostly black, when
one looks around there are some perspectives in which one can see the sky
outline upside-down. Screen overlays seem to work OK still.
The display in everquest 2 has never been perfect, but is usable when disabling
the complex shaders entirely. But with 0.9.52 it will be impossible to play.
Complete version broken:

When trying to play Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete (G4U Czech version),

Summary: Mouse bug in Project IGI

When playing the game "Project IGI" the mouse will only rotate for a while (180
degrees I think) before stopping, then you have to rotate back the other
direction to workaround this.
This makes the game unplayable in my opinion, since it's pointless to try and
workaround this while being shot at.
There doesn't appear to be anything relevant to this in the console output.
