Hello,
again ... why is this bug still open?
The download URL is broken, an old 7.13b version can be found here:
http://d1.mydownworld.com/soft/200612/zmud713.exe
The main issue for this app (unreliable startup) is already described in bug
12948 (copy protection, race condition).

Hello,
what is the point of leaving this bug report still open?
All major .NET 2.0 installer bugs (junction points, unicode case mapping
tables) are well known/described in other bug reports.
Temporary workarounds exist for these (using winetricks).

Hello,
this bug should be marked fixed and closed.
Shrinker 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 compressed apps/games which suffered from the hook
braindamage should load now.
Movie Magic Screenwriter 2000 contained several Shrinker 3.3 and 3.4 compressed
executables.
If you find a version which still doesn't work, reopen and provide download
location.
A simple method to get the version number is to run the Shrinker compressed
target with WINEDEBUG=+relay.
This should give you a loader error because wine's relay thunks interfere with
hooking mechanism (different entry signature).
The version is given in error text of message box: "(major.minor): <errormsg>"

I try to run English version of the game patched to 1.5.04 . I use GF 9600M GT

explain in details how to prepare it because running the game with
"WINEDEBUG=+d3d" produces more than 20000 lines before i enter main menu.

It seems that this is mostly fixed, though not completely. The water at the
beginning and in the middle of the test looks good, but right at the end when
it reverses the view and starts looking back at the stream, the water looks bad
again.
In a related note, the regular Pixel Shader test now appears to work
completely.

richedit: Scroll cursor into view even with redraw turned off.
I have done some more testing, and I think I have a correct fix.
I am still not sure if WM_SETREDRAW should be calling ME_RewrapRepaint, since
it seems like overkill to rewrap all the paragraphs and repaint them. This
would probably slow applications down that disable and enable redraw often.
This could probably be dealt with separately, since there are some other
ME_RewrapRepaint calls I saw that probably aren't needed.
I also don't know how to change the scrollbar visibility without repainting it.
ShowScrollBar is the obvious way of showing the scrollbar, but it also calls
SetWindowPos to repaint it.
