Probably fixed, no response from reporter, and I have no way to test.

Looking at the current console output it may be this
fixme:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_WaitForVerticalBlank (0x1e6668)->(1,(nil)): Stub
is not yielding and that is causing the high cpu usage.

With w2K same hardware when paused the task managers idle task shows 80-88%
while psplay.exe is using 11-20%. While running under wine top shows pxplay.exe
at 65% and Xorg about 18% and wineserver 5%. When running the CPU usage is just
a little more then under w2K but never drops as much as when running under w2k.
It is no longer 100% usage but shows a difference in threading-scheduling
between wine and windows. So this can be closed or left as a test case.

The patch fails to keep my cursor from leaving the screen although it does
allow me to keep turning when the mouse reaches the edge of the screen on the
other side (I have a twinview setup so even in "full screen" I have desktop on
one side). The patch also however breaks my gamepad controls in GTA: Vice
City.
