[Bug 7189] VS.NET 2005 fails to install

There's a performance optimization I need to make concerning publishing the source list though, otherwise it seems to take at least an hour to finish the install (don't know, didn't wait for it to finish). The problem is that MsiSourceListAddSourceEx is called for each source (count = 519) and each time a source is added, the function has to count up the existing sources first, so we're at O(N^2). As it's a crash in msi ittself it might be easy to solve , so i post it here.
