But I doubt that's a Deus Ex problem, but more a problem of the renderer which you choose. The OpenGL renderer to which I linked in comment #3 however does not have any problems with fullscreen. In the middle of nowhere it's running fine. Last line from terminal is: Segmentation fault (core dumped) I did some testing with older versions of wine and found that wine-0.9.52 runs fine but wine 0.9.53 and newer crash.
