Thanks. It uses VFP and VB with MDB backend. The app is in Slovak (SK) language. Mostly the wine problems are related to the OLE. When You're in the app, the two icons of the blank paper in the upper left corner (or pressing Ctrl+Ins or Ctrl-n respectively) should open a dialogue in order to create a new pacient record. However, under the Wine, they do nothing. This is interesting, because Help --> Registration will successfully open a new tab in Firefox in Linux, so Acrobat knows how to communicate to the browser, but doesn't do so with these two other menu options.
