In 1.1.4 patching works. Attaching a log, will do regression testing in a few days (as soon as my time allows). Speaking about workarounds, symlinking all .cab files from original Office 2003 distributive to $WINEPREFIX/drive_c/windows/Installer is working as one. I keep having to go into the process list and ending these processes manually. In 2000 and XP it is in C:\Documents and Settings\ In Vista it is in C:\Users\ We should consider moving it and providing symlinks in all the old places, especially when we are in "Vista mode".
