Same 'unable to open file...' report as noted in other comments. Contacted Graphpad with a startup log; nice Graphpad man responded thus: "The log shows that the standard windows API GlobalReAlloc is not working under Wine. I googled for that API, and found lots of postings about problems with Wine and that API. I didn't read any of these carefully, but it seems that perhaps this is a known problem with Wine".
