Now that I can actually get into Approach, I have been using it all day. I have five bugs to report. (I am presuming you want them on different reports.) I am running the native msvcrt. sh -c "cd /home/wine/drive_c/lotus/approach; WINEDEBUG=+loaddll WINEDLLOVERRIDES=msvcrt=n /usr/local/bin/wine ./approach.exe" Bug number two: the scroll wheel is totally ignored (works in all other Linux apps.). It is a real pain in the neck. The dialog asks if I want to send an error report to Microsoft; if I click to send the report, it seems to do it. The dialog box also has the option to recover my work and restart Word, and if I leave it checked, Word does restart and reload the document. If I uncheck it, Word just shuts down. Freecap no longer socksifies the apps registered to it; i.e. the connections are direct (not thru the SOCKS server defined). This problem also exists in 1.1.20. To repeat: 1. Install Freecap (Sockscap does not work under Wine) 2. Set a Socks5 server as proxy in Freecap settings (tor will do) 3. Socksify "iexplore.exe" to a website that shows your IP address, like http://displayip.net 4. It needs only the D3D9_* files and renders fine on ATI with the latest drivers.
