You can test it opening the demo from console and then trying to close the console window. With this setting it is very slow and unplayable. When disabling smoke in the in game menu it is immediately faster and playable. If I attempt to manually register the DLL, I simply get: Failed to register DLL ChilkatMHT.dll If I attempt to start the SQLNotes application, I simply get a hang without any further action.
