Summary: Regression in winemp3.acm library prevents
mp3DirectCut from working
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.35
Platform: x86
URL: http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dc.html#dwn
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: winmm&mci
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: t.artem(a)mailcity.com
Since at least wine 1.1.35 or even earlier version, a bug in winemp3.acm
library (or maybe in some other Wine library) prevents mp3DirectCut application
from working properly.
When you open any mp3 file in mp3DirectCut and try to play it, this application
will hang with CPU usage at 100%.

Console output when starting the BoUT demo
I installed the demo version of Book of Unwritten Tales and vcrun2005 via
winetricks.
BoUT uses the OGRE engine which just stops at "Init sound". It does not crash
however, it just stops infinitely.
Attached you can find the console output when starting the demo. If you need
any specific trace or whatever just tell me.

Summary: Keyboard layout error on IDA Pro 4.9
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Platform: x86

Launching IDA Pro Freeware with wine pops up an "Information" box saying
"Keyboard layout error: Failed to get the scan code of '#' (VkKeyScan
failure)".
After clicking 'OK', the same message appears but with '~' instead of '#'.
Then IDA opens and runs correctly.
Note that I'm using wine-1.1.36 and IDA from
http://www.hex-rays.com/idapro/idadownfreeware.htm.
My `locale` is 'fr_FR.UTF-8' and this bug may be related to the 19486 one.
Hopefully, the message is clear enough to understand what's wrong.

In Artweaver 1.07, the default setting for brush outlines leaves "trails" of
the brush outline on the canvas window. Note: this can be worked around by
going to menu Edit->Preferences->-Painting->Show Brush Outline (checked), and
selecting Simple instead of Exact.

Buttons affected
In almost all the controls in Wine, there are a missing pixel in the corners
that maybe it's a little detail, but it can make a huge difference in how the
applications looks. You can check the issue on the attached screenshots. (If
you don't see the problem you just have to zoom in the image.)
