It seems that msiexec is expecting GetCommandlineW to return a commandline starting with the executable name, but instead it gets one that starts with a space and then /i etc. The /i is skipped (since msiexec is expecting argv[0] in that slot). But since Wine 1.1.25, often there are glitches where post-processing seems to be temporarily disabled for a few milliseconds, regularly. This results in quick flashes and it makes it nearly impossible to play certain missions (especially President Fulani-something cinematic, near the beginning). Sometimes, the graphic post-processing is blur and again it flickers between a blurred and a non-blurred image.
