If window is activated, the bitmap shows up fine. I can confirm this behavior on 1.3.6. The bug reported (redrawing wrong regions) seems to be fixed. I tried all kinds of ways exposing a hidden region and I simply could not get Wine to redraw the wrong region. I did, however, encounter several other bugs. The first one being that the bitmap is not rendered at all before the window is activated, the second one being that horizontal lines show up in the bitmap if I have another window covering the dialog and then minimizing that window.
