Now when I launch Steam and go to Store tab, there is a banner which should display games and fade in and out while changing images. Instead, it flickers and have grey bars. It doesn't crash, it just stops on an internal error. If you mouse click where the fields are suppose to be, you will get that field back. Workaround: grab the lower right corner and re-size the windows as small as you can get it, then re-size it back. What a pain in the neck!
