Tested with 1.1.40 - still a problem.
Note; this does not require vm86 to test, just the files are packed with a dos
program - unpacked with dosbox.
Looking at the +all log, GetSystemPaletteEntries returns 0, which I now see
that Louis pointed at earlier, which I missed.
The reason for this appears to be that in x11drv palette_size is 0, when I am
running X at 24bpp. This appears to be correct.
As per comment 14, the game requires the correct colour depth on Windows to
run.
Comment 16 shows that the game starts when X is set to the correct depth also.
Marking invalid.

Download URL broken. Rhapsody 2.1 does not appear to be available for download
anymore. Does it still work in Windows? because version 3 seems to be the most
recent.
Does the latest version of Rhapsody have the same problem? I can't
download/sign up for it because it says it's not available in my country.
Please retest in 1.1.40 or newer.

wined3d: Destroy FBO entries from the context that created them.
EXT_framebuffer_object doesn't specify if FBOs are shareable between GL
contexts, but ARB_framebuffer_object explicitly prohibits it.
94d33d3e861d8e01b4edcb940e8ab1aa98359520 doesn't revert cleanly on GIT HEAD,
but if done manually with some adjustments the games work again.
