I personally think should be fixed! It's been almost 5 years and people have to edit dialog.c everytime they want to upgrade Wine. I've fixed a few things before coming here. They where microsoft common controls(created a .manifest file in the prog dir), added winhttp.dll to the windows/system32 dir and last had to regsvr32 advapi32.dll.
