Terminal output when I run wine on bakkslide7_win32.exe
When the app first starts up, a dialog is successfully shown that lets you
choose options.
Whatever options I choose, I get the attached divide-by-zero error.
Andrew Hurst has a report in appdb that the demo worked correctly on Gentoo
Linux with Wine 1.1.43, but I cannot replicate his results. Besides 1.1.42 I
have tried 1.3.0 and got the same results.
appdb entry is:

Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee output
In Wine versions prior to the commit implicated in bug 28934, in-game videos in
Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee render abnormally slowly, such that smooth playback
does not occur. This does not occur in wine-1.3.23, and regression testing

A user complained in the appdb that he could not register Naviter SeeYou,
so I gave it a try.
To register, you have to do Help / Register, type in your key, and click
the Register button.
Sure enough, clicking that button seems to do nothing.
Annoyingly, the app's main menu was detached when I ran it, and
the floating main menu was behind all the windows. So if you
can't find the Help menu, try closing the app's inner windows.

Log: sln2mak crash with msdotnet20
sln2mak is a tool for converting MS *.sln files to Makefiles. For people who
google to this bug: winemaker is good at this kind of jobs:
http://wiki.winehq.org/winemaker
1. download sln2mak.exe
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cross-platform/sln2mak.aspx
2. winetricks dotnet20, install MS dotnet
3. Download http://people.igalia.com/eocanha/dev/libertexto/npsimple.tar.gz
decompress it to the same directory with sln2mak.exe:
.
├── config.mk
├── Localized.r
├── npsimple.c
├── npsimple.rc
├── npsimple.sln
├── npsimple.vcproj
└── test.html
4. $ wine sln2mak.exe npsimple.sln
after a crash, an empty Makefile will be create.
Full log is attached

Summary: Final Fantasy 7 exits at startup
Product: Wine
Version: 1.3.11
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2

AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org

Final Fantasy 7 worked perfectly provided you use Aali's OpenGL patch (see the
AppDB entry for details, FF7 is problematic even on newer versions of Windows).
However it recently started to fail at startup time. A bisect reveals the
following:
e786998daff4ad49521a4c9c39c172ddcdcad82a is the first bad commit
commit e786998daff4ad49521a4c9c39c172ddcdcad82a

Unfortunately reverting this commit on today's master produces a lot of
conflicts, so I couldn't test that.
It does not appear to crash, it simply exits, so there is no backtrace to
provide. The one thing it does output is the following fixme several times:
fixme:alsa:AudioClient_GetMixFormat Don't know what to do with 10000 channels,
pretending there's only 2 channels
I'm not sure if this fixme is relevant, but it is present both on working and
non-working runs.
