When confirmation is given, the application errors out with: "SAI can not complete setup process because current user dose not have administrator right. It crashes at the point of saying 'Initialising, please wait.' It did work *once* for me, after a restart, but that hasn't worked again. This is with a fresh installation, new prefix.
