Wine 1.3.20 refuses to launch the attached Dos-program, as DOS memory is unavailable. So this bug may have to wait until DOSBOX integration is complete. Also the bugs aren't duplicates. They are different bugs with similar symptoms. In this bug the app's content is visible, but the entire screen is cleared to black once.
