I only see the error message about access violation when I switch Wine to Emulate Desktop. I get it with a PC-GURU magazine, without protection. (On Win it starts without the disc) Maybe the original doesn't have this issue. I don't think that this game has a demo. Nothing shows in the terminal. This is a major oversight and caused the v4.00 SIVDRIVER to crash. For 4.01 I worked around this, but failing to call the driver when the CreateFile() is done is a major failing and needs to be corrected.
