Bug #: 29478
Summary: No geometry drawn in Orcs must Die!
Product: Wine
Version: 1.3.35
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: directx-d3d
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: wine(a)dynamic-noise.net
Classification: Unclassified
THere is no geometry drawn in Orcs must Die!, causing a black main menu
background and a black in game screen. Only text and some other UI elements are
drawn.
In the console is suspicously often the following error
fixme:d3d:state_colorwrite WINED3D_RS_COLORWRITEENABLE/1/2/3,
0xf/0xff/0xff/0xff not yet implemented.
fixme:d3d:state_colorwrite Missing of cap D3DPMISCCAPS_INDEPENDENTWRITEMASKS
wasn't honored?
It seems to always appear on redraw and is the almost only message generated
(seldomly some invalid enum errors from OpenGL).

Summary: NFS Most Wanted crashes with WINEDEBUG=-all when
finishing pursuit in Challenge Series
Product: Wine
Version: 1.3.37
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: critical
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: Admc(a)ufurmix.org
Classification: Unclassified
This happens only when game is running with WINEDEBUG=-all, so I couldn't give
logs. I prefer to run apps with WINEDEBUG=-all because they are bit faster.
This also happens only when virtual desktop emulation is DISABLED.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install NFS Most Wanted in clean wineprefix
2. Run: WINEDEBUG=-all wine speed.exe
3. Go to Challenge Series
4. Start pursuit
5. Finish challenge
6. Game will crash on wine 1.3.37, on wine 1.3.36 it was okay
My graphics card is Nvidia GeForce GTX 550Ti, I'm using Nvidia proprietary
driver 290.10

Bug #: 29554
Summary: Mozart11 window size not adjustable
Product: Wine
Version: 1.3.36
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: let02do(a)earthlink.net
Classification: Unclassified
Created attachment 38288
--> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=38288
Wine console output
Unlike the ordinary behavior in Windows, under wine Mozart11's
main workspace window can't be adjusted to an intermediate
size by dragging with the cursor. This is true even when Mozart
is run in an virtual window, and with the "Allow the window manager
to control the window" box checked or unchecked.
This functioned in wine-1.3.34 but does not in wine-1.3.36-72-g8d66ca1
There were some versions before 1.3.34 with similar problems. Ordinarily in
Windows, with the cursor positioned on an edge of the window, by holding
down the mouse's left click button one can drag that edge out or in to get a
larger or smaller window.
Unfortunately, the intervening wine version since 1.3.34 caused
Mozart to crash on start up until that bug #29505 was fixed with
1.3.36-72-g8d66ca. Now, with the crash bug fixed an inability to
re-size the window can be seen in 1.3.36-72-g8d66ca. Bisection
seems like a confusing option since the intervening points tend
to crash...
While bisecting from 1.3.34 to 1.3.36-72-g8d66ca , there were "good"
points where Mozart did not crash. So, suppose for this new bug a
"good" point was assigned to a place where there is _both_ no crash
and the window is re-sizable--but then bad points always have a crash.
I don't see any way to distinguish if a bad point is a crash + a good re-size
or a crash + a bad re-size , so one side of the bisection is always in doubt.
