Yes, some similar cases were fixed some time ago.

Sure, but I'll better add some put_data() tests for all node types and nothing
crashes on native I will fix all of them.

Bug #: 30339
Summary: FINAL FANTASY XI: crashes when displaying battle
effects in high-traffic areas
Product: Wine
Version: 1.5.0
Platform: x86-64

Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: emegas(a)vecanti.org
Classification: Unclassified
Created attachment 39652

Crash Log #1, recorded with WINEDEBUG=+relay at Qufim Island Planar Rift prior
to Kaggen spawn
As of the 03/27/2012 Version Update, FINAL FANTASY XI uses a new method of
handling combat effects (particularly Job Abilities and Weapon Skills) to
prevent crashes from occurring in Voidwatch on X-Box 360. These fixes also
apply to the PC version, however, and they've been causing crashes in WINE.
Reproduction:
Crashes seem to occur at random whenever a Weapon Skill or Job Ability is used
in an area with high player and enemy traffic. The crash always happens mid-way
into the effect with up to nine server events buffered after it. (Rough
location of the crash in the game's logfiles can be discovered in Program
Files\PlayOnline\Square Enix\FINAL FANTASY XI\TEMP\0.log after the crash.) More
players in the area will increase the probability of the crash occurring. More
enemies being fought in the area at the same time (particularly larger
enemies/Notorious Monsters with larger ability effects) will also increase
probability.
To Reproduce:
Go to any Planar Rift in which players are currently fighting or are about to
fight a VWNM (guaranteed 10-18 people) for a high chance of seeing this bug in
Free Trial (see below) circumstances.
Tested On:
Gentoo Linux AMD64, using an Nvidia graphics card and nvidia-drivers. However,
reports from the AppDB page lead me to assume this crash is currently happening
across most distros and video cards. (I intend to test this crash on 1.5.1 as
soon as Gentoo gives me an ebuild for it.) Testing for non-subscribers can
probably be carried out using the 30-day free trial at
http://www.finalfantasyxi.com/freetrial/ .
Notes About Attachments:
The first two logs attached to this bug were recorded using only
WINEDEBUG=+relay ; the second two were recorded using only WINEDEBUG=+seh,+tid
. This is due to the fact that +relay reduces the speed of the game to 0.5-1FPS
on my machine and +relay,+seh,+tid all set at once will generate enough lag to
time the game's connection out a few minutes after login.

Crash log for Speedy Blupi demo near Wine 1.3.34
Several games by Epsitec which feature their Blupi character don't render
correctly if run after "winetricks ddr=gdi". This is a regression.
The games with this problem are Blupi at Home, Speedy Blupi and Planet
Blupi. Demos can be downloaded from http://www.ceebot.com/blupi/load-e.php
I tested Speedy Blupi, http://www.ceebot.com/download/blupi/speedy-e.exe
With the default opengl renderer the game works correctly. However after
"winetricks ddr=gdi", with or without virtual desktop mode the game just shows
a blank/black screen. The program is running, it just doesn't display anything.
(You can click to quit if you know where to click.)
I did a regression test, but unfortunately the result wasn't conclusive.
1.3.33 GOOD
1.3.34 get a crash on running the program
1.3.35 BAD, black screen
I bisected between 1.3.33 and 1.3.34 to find which commit caused the crash:

I then bisected again between there and 1.3.35 (doing git bisect bad on black
screen/no crash), which gave this result:

(Presumably commit c43aa1ada82e30168a373d584ad7ef62a5e04677 *isn't* bad, git
just said that because I had to reverse conditions for the second bisecting.)
I've attached console output when the program crashed, but that probably isn't
too relevant since it doesn't crash any more.
I guess the next step would be bisecting between commits
0f10ac93580d5a055f0b3f6e7c3d77738135f031 and
c43aa1ada82e30168a373d584ad7ef62a5e04677, but at each step reverting commit

When running Diablo 2 1.12, Opening the map overlay causes a fps drop down to
about 1 fps. This occurs with or without moving your character, Doing an
attack, etc. This affect is enhanced when enemies are being put onto the
screen. Lowering settings doesn't help. This effect is in place until the map
is closed.

In teach2000 you get an "invalid floating operation" error when do some
actions:
- opening the program
- Hear an empty T2K-file.
There are also some other errors like "access violation" and "program error".
they do not affect the functionality of the program but they are just annoying.

Summary: MTA:SA 1.3 will not start

An error seen in Terminal when trying to run MTA 1.3 through Wine 1.4
Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas 1.3 will install, but not start under Wine 1.4. I
have submitted details to the AppDB, but will copy them here for the time
being.
The game will install, but when starting, a grey box appears, then it
disappears and the game does not start. The following solutions have been
tried:
-Installing DirectX files through Winetricks (No d3d9.dll in the SA folder
however)
-Installing allfonts through Winetricks
-Running MTADiag (Through Wine, it updated MTA)
-Deleting the gta_sa.set
-Installing C++ 2010, 2008, and 2005 through Winetricks (However, I got an
error at the end of one of their installations saying that a .dll file was not
found)
-Running Wine in Windows XP, Vista and 7 mode, as well as Virtual Desktop mode
If it helps, these are my specs:
CPU: Intel i7 2600K (Overclocked @ 4.2GHz)
GFX: NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti 1GB
Motherboard: MSI Z68A-GD55 (B3)
RAM: 8GB DDR3
I have attached an error that I see in Terminal when trying to run "wine
MultiTheftAuto.exe" in the MTA folder.
