SSF terminal output
This Sega Saturn emulator crashes with a UnlockRect() error. Can sometimes be
worked around by setting FixedWindowResolution="1" in SSF.ini, but message
appears again when trying to switch to fullscreen mode.
In order to get to the unlockrect message, the DirectX SDK needs to be
installed to get past an xaudio error (winetricks xact is not enough). In
addition, the game/iso needs to be mounted before launching SSF, either through
cdemu or a physical drive. Otherwise a cdrom error will occur.
Here is the full error:
IDirect3DDevice9::UnlockRect() error.
File : ./Direct3D9.cpp
Line : 1581

When I try to play Frater, I go through the menu and the first cut scene with
no problems at all. As soon as I can move the character i try to move forward
the game crashes. If i go backwards instead it works fine. It seems like there
is a line that causes the crash.

Summary: Might and Magic Heroes VI displays character polygons
poorly.
Product: Wine
Version: 1.5.17
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: directx-d3d
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: xvachon(a)gmail.com
Classification: Unclassified
Might and Magic Heroes VI displays the character polygons poorly. This hinders
gameplay, because you see only part of your characters on the map or on the
battlefield. A screenshot of the paladin character in the main menu is attached
as an example.
This looks similar to a wine bug for The Witcher, see
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12771#c18 and comment 19, the screenshot
attached by Kevin Meyer. This does not seem to be a duplicate however, as the
original bug describes a bunch of graphic issues specific to The Witcher.

Summary: Option or Radio buttons don't work in Chessmaster 9000
Product: Wine
Version: 1.5.20
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: ballkontrol(a)gmail.com
Classification: Unclassified
Option button/Radio button behavior doesn't work well in Chessmaster 9000 under
Wine. Setting mutually exclusive sound or board preferences cannot be done via
the user interface. Likewise, changing tutorial contents to switch between
games and drills etc. cannot be done in the Classroom view since clicking the
relevant buttons has no effect. In both cases, multiple buttons will appear to
be selected even though they should be mutually exclusive (selecting one button
should deselect any other button).

can also be accessed from Help --> How To --> How To Window.
Currently this does not work -- clicking on any topic shows a blank window.

Summary: moving dialogs shows artifacts on window behind it
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.46.
Platform: PC
URL: http://ftp.ldscatalog.com/PAF5AllLangs.exe
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Keywords: download
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-x11driver
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: cjstimpson(a)utwire.net
Start PAF, and go to the "Family" view.
Open any dialog in PAF, or any other application that makes a new top level
window. When moving that window around, it leaves trails of itself on the
family view in PAF. I have to minimize PAF and restore it or equivalent to get
the window to refresh itself.
If you move the window slowly, one pixel at a time, it doesn't happen.
I put some printouts in X11DRV_Expose() and BeginPaint() and noticed that when
the two are called in turn, things are fine. If X11DRV_Expose is called twice
or more before BeginPaint() for the family view, the trails start showing up.
Any ideas out there?
