We are sorry for the inconvenience". but the same where worked properly in windows XP professional edition. At the same time a program named "Typing master pro" worked properly. According to my observations steam can't get data from could with user information about games and as result - launch games. It stop at "Preparing to launch" and on exit from steam "Finishing Steam cloud sync ...". All what i found out this is probably a error of winsock2 (10035).
