When it is checked, the dates and names of the submitters are different than what is displayed in the unfiltered list. The dates in the filtered list are obviously wrong (often years old), so I'd say the unfiltered list is correct. Yes, it's very similar to the issue in bug 29499. But in this case it's not fixed.
