Window popup error at the end
Hi,
I use wine-git constantly and the installation of Assassins Creed II fails at
the end. There is this message in a window popup (translation Fr -> En) :
---------------------
Number of Error : 0x80040707
Description : Failure of the call of the function DLL:

The assistant of installation is now going to end

I tried with older wine version and the installation of this game works with
wine-1.7.9. Since wine-1.7.10, there is this regression.
Then, i did a regression test and the bug is caused by :

(http://source.winehq.org/source//dlls/ntdll/loader.c?v=wine-1.7.10#L802), the
implementation of this function is different. Result, impossible to confirm at
100% the regression by a git show # | | patch -p1 -R
ACII is the only game in the AC's series which fails with this commit.
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood/Revelations and other games install correctly.
Thanks,

Exception information
I'm using Arch on x86-64 with an Intel GPU and since the latest update to
1.7.11, Civilization 4 BTS randomly page faults during the first couple of
rounds (not always the same number of rounds). As far as I remember, the
previous version 1.7.10 worked fine. Version 1.7.9 was definitely fine.

I was using windows firefox under wine to avoid having to disable one my addons
for a site, and noticed that alt tabs are sometimes getting interpreted as an
additional alt. In other words do:
$ wine firefox
$ some_native_app
alt tab from the native app to windows firefox. Sometimes, 'File' at the top
menu is activated. Occurs about 2/3 of the time for me.

Summary: VideoReDo Plus crashes when video file is loaded.
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.26
Platform: PC-x86-64
URL: http://www.videoredo.com/en/Download.htm#DownloadPlus
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: jmail524(a)gmail.com
When you try and open a video file in VideoReDo Plus the application crashes.
To replicate error: Start up VideoReDo Plus, Click on the 'Open Video' button
on the main page, select a MPEG2 video file (either double click on the
filename or select the file and click on the 'Open' button).
The 'Open Video' dialog box will disappear and the video viewport in the
application will turn green. The application will then stop responding and
WINE will generate an error dialog box indication that VideoReDo.exe has
encountered a serious problem and needs to be closed.
After regression testing I found that VideoReDo does work almost perfectly in
WINE Version 0.9.47. (The only problem is that the video has a a blueish tint
to it, most prominently with skin tones.)
