Instead the topmost line displays an old (known) entry. This is really confusing and irritating. Furthermore, the page displayed does not show a "process" or "reply" buttons. I need to go to my queue and identify this entry among all the elements of the queue in order to process it. I also tried to do some bug fixes that i found here but nothing changed.
