Minimizing installed components does not correct the problem, neither does using wine-staging (2.21.0). Note that installer is affected by bug #44274 and needs native sfc.dll to function. However, when using native secur32, that results in a stack-overflow. Most likely on windows the functions are implemented in sspicli and secur32 forwards them. Most likely affects other functions, too.
