Contact your system administrator. Error Code: 1603" Expected behaviour: No error. Symptom: After starting the game the main menu appears but the mouse pointer seems to be stuck: it won't move. If you move your mouse constantly the mouse pointer begins to move after a couple of seconds. As soon as you stop moving your mouse, the pointer is stuck again and it takes several seconds to catch up again with the actual mouse movement.
