Hence, if I automate writing system colors into wine when user change themes, then $HOME/.wine is the only one that I can automate. If user creates a new wine prefix for an app he installs, then user would have to manually run the script on that prefix: WINEPREFIX=/path/to/prefix /path/to/script to update its system colors before he runs his app. This manual act by the user is what I want to avoid.
