This seems to be because wineg++ (built with --prefix=/usr) now adds -isystem /usr/include to GCC's command line. There are a number of loader regressions in Wine 6.5. This one maybe not important for most users but important for me. x64dbg debugger requires msvcr120 and msvcp120 overrides (bug 45916). I had to hack the website already with a custom client because the website rejects anything that does not present itself as Windows. Once that part got passed I could download the online 64 bits installer. Unfortunatly one of the first steps any of these online installers attempts is starting IBackgroundCopyJob.
