As in nothing happens, just a blank window. This is different than the win7 bug, using the default XP here and nothing crashes. This is way too much and contributes in pushing the WineTest reports above the 1.5MB limit. The previous thing it wrote was "command on path", so it looks like the immediately previous testcase sometimes leaves a reference dangling?
