Running 'wineconsole cmd' and then 'start inetcpl.cpl' from within cmd gives: Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file. ShellExecuteEx failed: File not found start C:/Windows/system32/inetcpl.cpl gives: Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file. ShellExecuteEx failed: Success Both cases bring up the Internet Options control panel applet on Windows XP.
