The application also doesn't load correctly: there are panes missing in the main window. 0009:fixme:mscoree:parse_supported_runtime sku=L".NETFramework,Version=v4.5" not implemented Rebelbetting is a .Net 4.5 app. I have tried running with WINE_MONO_TRACE=wrapper but it is a bit too busy. Seems to hit Forms a lot. Tried msxml{3,4,6} gdiplus vcrun2013 for giggles. No change. Same in Vanilla and Staging. Indeed, the file does not exist, but I doubt it is looking in the correct place. Workaround is "winetricks dotnet40". I've tested this with wine 8.1, and wine-mono.7.4.1.
